Haha ... got something I wanted

Hahas , nothing to blog about . Something nice happen to me last Friday , I met my primary school friend . Her name is Shu Ping , 20 year old , studying mechanical engineering , 3d year in Ngee Ann Polytechnic , anyone who know her , please contact me .

After helping Evan to do the survey , I left Ngee Ann to board the bus to Shell station to change another bus home . Then I walk to the doors and faced the door . Then she called my name , then I turned . I find her a little familar wor , then I asked her how she know me . Then she asked me , you forgotten me liaoz ah . Then I recongise her mark on her hand , then I said , ' Shu Ping ' . Hahas , then I asked her , how you recongise me , I asked isn't because of my nose , then she said yea .

Darn it ! Its my ugly nose again . As I continued the conversation with her , I cover my nose with my hand , then she scolded me , " you don't like that lah " and push my hand down . Hahas , after awhile , I covered my nose with my hand again without knowing and she pushed my hand down again . Hahas , she kept saying I had look prettier . Hahas ... I am so happy ...

Next happy thing happened on Saturday . I finally got what I wanted . Hahas , its expensive and Mum and Dad agreed that it will be one and last one for me . I returned home happily with the XXXXX but I refuse to open the plastic bag and take a look at it . Hahas , I guess I will be opening it before my trip .

180th ~ post

This is my 180th ~ post ! I didn't realise that I had being blogging this much ! Hahas , probably many things happen to me bah , not to mention some are good , some are average and some are bad . Since I have not blog for a week , so this will be a long post . Major events for this week is Dad's birthday and my Cousin's wedding .

Hehs , I am recommending this place for its mango drink ( I have forgotten the name of this drink ) . Its located at Bugis , when you cross the connecting bridge from fancl shop , you will see this Hong Kong cafe . See the container it is used to contain the drink , so cute ... ( I thought of Pooh's hunny pot ! )

Notice that my face , that there is no pimples ! The secret is ... CONCEALER !

This is from another Hong Kong cafe located at Terminal 2 , look at the way they wrap the dumplings . So special ! The food was alright . I was spoilt for choice initially . Because I wanted to eat noodles and black pepper chicken chop , but they only have chicken chop noodles . So I asked if they mind adding black pepper on it and they said OK . Wee~ I got what I wanted ! The thing that I regretted was ordering milk tea ...


MAJOR PART I : DAD"S BIRTHDAY !

Last Saturday , it was my Dad's birthday ! ( Shall not mention how ' young' he is ) . He got a complimentary hotel stay at Pan Pacific because he is a member and it is his birthday ! He pay a yearly membership fee and in return he got free room stay on his birthday ( They no longer have this membership scheme anymore ) , so overall it was worth it . Further more , my Dad also receive a $230 food voucher , so its worth it to have the membership !

Dad had a meeting in the afternoon and so he could only meet us at night . All of us ( expect Dad ) check into the hotel and then waited for him to pick us up . I didn't post any pictures of the room because , if you really want to take a look at the hotel rooms , you can go to the hotel website to look at it . They have better photographer to take the pictures of the room .

Dad picked us up and we settle down for dinner at the Jumbo restaurant . Food was average , but it didn't lived up to its reputation . The only interesting thing was , the bib ! The bib that use to prevent the splashes of the sauces to our tops ! Took a picture of it !

Then after that , we took out our mini cake and sang Dad his birthday . My Dad is an old vain pot . I didn't post pictures of him cutting cake or blowing candle ( mini cake , only can place one candle ) because there is not enough space for my post . He kept asking me to retake the pictures because he don't look good in it ! Took about 3-4 shoots of him till he is satisfied with the pose ...

After that , my brother went to watch Game Plan at Marina Square . Oh my , it was a great movie . I tear uncontrollably when the little girl had to be separated from her Dad . Nevertheless , it was a happy ending . I love that movie !

We ate at the Hai Xian Luo at Pan Pacific Hotel and use the voucher . So overall we paid $50 for the brunch buffet . Initially , it was early , so there wasn't much people as it was early , so the waitress kept attending to us . We felt very uncomfortable because they were watching us , once we finish our cup of tea , the waitress keep refill it immdiately , so you could see how intense it was . The food was great , especially the prawns were much more better than we had in Jumbo . We had 3 serving of it !

This is a build-in water heater . There is a drawer for the heating element in the cupboard where the fridge , cups and food stuff . The heating element is wired on to the board . So when you want to boil hot water just place the flask on to the heating element and the water will start to boil . And the boiling time takes less then 5 min ! ( Heh ! I find this interesting ... )

On Tuesday , it was The Kingdom's premier show . I went to watch and it was another great movie . And again I teared uncontrollably . Catch it when it is on screen ! Hehs , I am not going to review the plot . The story is about terrorism .

MAJOR PART II : COUSIN'S WEDDING

On Friday , it was my cousin wedding . I couldn't take a picture of the couple . He had hired photographers and they block my view from taking a front picture of them .

Tea ceremony , dots , it all happen so fast ... I have not a chance to take a good shot !






Walk-in into the ballroom , and again , they walk super fast ...

The hair style I was having for the dinner . Yea ! A doll doll hair . I look younger than the previous time I curl my hair right ? Look younger ... It cost me ( or rather my mum ) $20 to have this style . Might take you all $ 28 . I went to my regular hair saloon .

After the dinner , the curls came down ...

Updates ...

Nothing to blog about . Nothing big happen . Nothing important . Just nothing ...

Yesterday , I went for my statistic test even though I had MC for it . Its a blessing in disguise to be honest . I was unable to revise for that test because I didn't realise that it was yesterday till a friend told me that there is a test . I am not a calender person type . Gosh ! So I through the course notes quickly and went to bed .

The next morning , I woke up with a sharp pain in my stomach and I had to go to the doctor . After taking medicine , I continue my revision and realise that there are many things that I do not know . I quickly revise the test and prepare for school .

Thankfully , I went for the test because the paper was tough . If I had taken the retest paper , it would be tougher . Phew ! Today lecturer had gone through some of the questions , 6/40 marks gone .

Feeling very tired , off to bed ... phew !

Ben's departure ...

Last day of E-learning week , yet I have 30 % of my assignments not done , for instance PED's report , Statistics tutorial questions and studying for all the upcoming tests . Gosh ! I am going to miss the times I woke up late , laying on the sofa and flipping through channels ...

Today was the first day of my life-coaching session but I had to miss that because I am not feeling well . I was a little worried so I got up early . Then at 10 am , a coachee called me and said that no one appeared ! I was worried and I called Angie and Corrine . Luckily , Corrine was there . Phew ! Guess I have to go back to sleep later because I slept at 3 am and woke up with a pain on my stomach at 9.30 .

Yesterday , we went to send Benjamin off because as I had said , he is going to Australia to study for four years . It was like a little reunion because saw some of the Muslim friends ! Reached there , Thaha and Hadi started flipping their hands . Grrr , shall not talk about my history . Many of Benjamin's friends went to send him off . He was busy taking pictures with everyone . We were busy catching up with one another . He left with a pat on my HEAD !

I ask if I can pinch her cheek and ended up giving a kiss on her cheek ! Bleahx ...

My dressing on that day look like I was the one going overseas to study . Darn it ! Hong yun said I was going to Halloween party because I dress up like Banana in Pajamas . 'Cuse me , it don't look like .

My face condition looks better in picture , all thanks to my concealer ! Gosh , its like a magic pen , cover my rotten face . Hahas ! Good buy ! In love with N95 ! All these pictures are taken by my N95 camera ! Picture quality were great ! I need not bring any digital anymore !
