3 big things ...
Sorry for not updating regularly as I promised it the last . Life had been kind of happening since I had arrived . Thus I had neglected my books too .To all people who are concern about me ... wanna let you know that I am doing fine and I missed you all ... I had been to many places and often forgotten to bring my digital camera thus I did not any pictures to upload .
Let me share some significant event ...
First off is about my flight from Singapore to Melbourne ...
Though I had taken a plane for many many times , I felt kind of excited and a little scare because this time round , I am flying back to Melbourne on my own . Had my last Singapore dinner at Changi Airport Terminal 3 Crystal /Jade Restuarant . Not very fanastic expect for the ' tang bao ' . Then after taking some pictures , I enter the boarding gate . The final reminder was if I missed the flight , please don't be like the Xong Xong Auntie rolling on the floor .
After boarding the flight , I was happy with my seat because it is a window seat and I am sitting at the last row of the section . Of course ! I choose the seats online . I was waiting for the plane to take off as the view of Singapore will be nice from the top .
Then , suddenly , this ground staff address me , " Miss Tan , Miss Tan ... This gentleman wants to swop seats with you . " I was like , phew ... off my good seat . " Then the ground staff said , ' To the front , its a business class . ' I didn't react to it . I kept thinking about my good seat is gone , then I realized that the front section is business class . Then I asked the person is he serious . Some guy wants to sit with his girlfriend so I got the seat ???
When I was over at the business class , the first thing they asked is , how do I want them to address me . I am still in the stun and blur mode . Luckily , the leading stewardess was nice and kindly explained the rational behind . Then I was asked to decide what drink I want to have , then I asked what drink they have , then she start rambling about the different types of champenge and wine . I decided to cut her and asked if they have soft drinks , and she replied yes .Then I asked for a coke . Then I have to decide to have it before take off or after take off .
Just when I thought I could find out what movie they currently have . I was interrupted again . This type round I had to decide what I want to eat . I simply glance on the menu picked either of the set . When she came round and asked what I want to have , I simply pointed at the set I wanted to eat . Then she asked which one , I stun again , because I then realized that its main courses , not set . Then she asked again , do I want it after take off or before landing .
It was time for take off , then I realized something is pushing my leg ! I then realized that I had accidentally hit the button . I was panicky because I know everything has to be default for take off . I quickly just to adjust it back .
After take off , I watch how the other passengers assemble their video sets from the compartment and I follow the same . Then they start distributing headsets to us . OMG ! The headsets were awesome ! It has good sound system and even block off surrounding sound . I couldn't hear what was around . Then I start adjusting the chair . It could almost go 180 degrees .
After watching the movie , I went into a deep sleep and slept for 5 hours till its meal time . I could sense there is motion and realized that someone is giving out towels . I open my eyes a little and the air stewardess saw it and also give me a towel . After wiping my hands , I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't .
Then its meal time , I was quite excited to be served . To my dismay , a large tray is served yet there are little things on it . I thought that was breakfast and maybe I missed my meal time . Then they asked what I want for beverages . I wanted coffee and apple juice . The air stewardess will help us pour the creamer into the coffee and stir it properly for us . After finishing my fruits , the steward will remove the fruit dish and placed the main course . I had ordered prawn mushroom noodle . Its was so delicious . The prawns were more than the size of a 50-cent coin and there were at least 10 of it .
Then during exit , I was given a slip of paper that says express . And its really express , I didn't get any custom checks and off I head to the exit ...
Second big thing is ... I went for the Momba water festival . Its a free event with lots of fireworks . I did record the first part of the fireworks till my handphone max its memory limit . When I learnt how to post video on my blog , I can show it to you . Its not as good as those in Singapore , mainly it is shot off a small platform and the platforms were near the audience , there for the fireworks were shot at a shorter height .
When the fireworks display ends , the ashes dropped onto my body and even my eyes ! Some of the fireworks were nice . Watching fireworks really make my day !
Third big thing is ... last Monday was Aussie public holiday , I went Crown casino to play with Evan . She lost $10 in less than a hour by playing big amount . As for me , I was intending to lose $3 dollars to the Casino because its a casino . End up , I won $3 by play 1-cent Jackpot machine in about 2 hours . Evan really dai sai ... when she is around , I lost $1 straight . When she is not around , $1 , $1.50 keep coming to me ...
All for tonight , I am tired ... Byeeeee ...
